Before you join
What is your cancellation policy?
Less than 24 hours' notice: 50% charge. No-shows: 100% charge. If you have an emergency, call us at (617) 982-6186 and we'll do our best to work with you.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and tap-to-pay. We do not accept cash. Gratuity (15-22%) is appreciated and never included in the price.
Can I pause or cancel my membership?
Yes — cancel anytime. There's no lock-in period. Call us or reach out to pause if you need a break.
