1. What should I do before my massage? Avoid heavy meals for 1–2 hours beforehand and stay hydrated.
2. What should I do after my massage? Drink plenty of water, avoid alcohol for the rest of the day, and allow your body to rest.
3. How do I choose the right massage? Our team can help match you with a treatment based on your goals—relaxation, pain relief, workout recovery, or flexibility. We recommend starting with our signature Forever Young massage, so you get a good blend of stretch, massage, and relaxing aromatherapy.
4. Can I book add-ons? Yes. Options include: Theragun, Compression Boots, Aromatherapy, CBD-infused oil, Hot Stones. Complimentary slippers, water, and tea are provided. Your therapist can recommend the best add-ons for you.
5. What is Assisted Stretching? A therapist helps guide your body through deeper, controlled stretches to improve flexibility, reduce tension, and enhance mobility—while you stay relaxed.
6. Do you offer couple’s massages? Not at this time, but we can schedule individual sessions at the same time if available.
7. Will the therapist adjust pressure? Yes, just ask at any time.
8. Is soreness normal afterward? Yes, especially after deep tissue massage. You may also experience mild detox symptoms after lymphatic drainage.
9. Can I come in with makeup on?
Yes! No worries at all — we’ll remove your makeup during the cleansing step of your facial. Come as you are.
10. Can I wear makeup after a facial?
For most facials: yes, you can wear light, non-comedogenic makeup the next day. For chemical peels or microneedling: we recommend avoiding makeup for at least 24 hours to let your skin breathe and recover.
11. How should I prep for a facial?
Avoid exfoliating your skin for at least 48 hours before your appointment. Avoid tanning or sun exposure for 72 hours before. If possible, arrive with a clean face (but again, it’s totally okay if you have makeup on).
12. Should I stop using retinol or active ingredients before a facial?
Yes — we recommend stopping any products with retinol, glycolic acid, salicylic acid, or other active ingredients at least 3–5 days before your facial (especially for chemical peels or microneedling). This helps avoid irritation.
13. Can I get a facial if I have active breakouts?
Yes, absolutely! Facials can help calm inflammation and clear congestion. Let us know ahead of time, and we’ll customize your treatment for sensitive or acne-prone skin.
14. What should I do before a chemical peel?
Stop using exfoliating products (retinol, AHA/BHA) 5–7 days before. Avoid tanning and sun exposure. Don't wax or shave the area being treated within 48 hours. Stay well hydrated — healthy skin responds better to treatment!
15. What about microneedling prep?
Stop using retinol or acids 5 days before. Avoid tanning or sun exposure. Do not use any new skincare products in the 3 days prior. Come with a clean face, if possible — but again, we’ll cleanse thoroughly in studio if you’re wearing makeup.
16. Will my skin be red or irritated after?
Depending on the treatment, you may experience some redness — especially after microneedling or a peel. This is normal and usually calms within 24–48 hours. We’ll go over full aftercare with you before you leave.
17. How often should I get a facial?
For best results, we recommend facials every 4–6 weeks, depending on your skin goals. We can create a custom plan based on your needs.
18. What if I have sensitive skin?
That’s totally fine — we offer gentle, soothing options and can customize every step of your facial to make sure your skin feels calm, not reactive.

1. How does Aescape work? Aescape is a smart massage robot that uses AI and robotic arms to deliver personalized, full-body massages. It scans your body, lets you choose your massage type, and adjusts pressure automatically—or you can control it manually. You can pause or stop the treatment anytime.
2. How does it “read” and customize the massage? It scans your body to locate key areas, then learns from your preferences over time. You can choose from various massage styles, “heart” your favorites, and Aescape will remember them for your next session.
3. Can it adjust pressure or target specific muscles? Yes. You can focus on specific areas and adjust the pressure throughout the treatment.
4. Is it full-body or just certain areas? It can be full-body or targeted, depending on the treatment you select.
