FAQ

General

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least a week ahead, especially for weekends. Same-day openings do come up, so it is always worth checking.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are charged 50% of the service. Missed appointments are charged in full. If something unexpected happens, please call us.

Do you accept walk-ins?

When space allows. Call us or check online availability first.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Cards, Apple Pay and tap to pay. We do not accept cash. Gratuity is not included; 15–22% is customary and always appreciated.

Is there an age requirement?

There is no minimum age. Guests under 18 need a parent or guardian present and written consent at their first visit.

How do I get there? Is there parking?

We are at 262 Beacon St, Suite 3, in Back Bay. Take the elevator to the third floor. Street parking is available until 6pm; public transit or a rideshare is often easiest.

What should I bring?

Just yourself. Slippers are ready for you, and each treatment room has a clothes rack. For stretch sessions, wear comfortable clothing.

Do you offer packages or memberships?

Yes. Monthly memberships start at $125 and include treatment credits and product discounts. Stretch packages come in sets of 4 or 8.

What oils do you use?

Our oils are nut-free, vegan, paraben-free and fragrance-free. CBD-infused oil is available for massages on request.

Massage

How do I choose the right massage?

Tell us how you want to feel and we will match you to a treatment. The Forever Young Massage is a great place to start. Not sure? Answer five quick questions in our and we will suggest three options.

How should I prepare?

Avoid a heavy meal one to two hours before and arrive hydrated. Afterward, drink water, skip alcohol that day and rest if you can.

Do I undress for a massage?

For most massages, yes, to your comfort level. You stay covered with a sheet, and your therapist leaves the room while you settle in.

Can I add enhancements?

Yes: Theragun, compression boots, aromatherapy, CBD-infused oil and hot stones. Every guest receives slippers, water and tea.

Do you offer couples massages?

Couples cannot share a room, but two guests can book individual sessions at the same time when available.

Skin care

How should I prepare for a facial?

A clean face is ideal, but makeup is fine. Avoid exfoliating for 48 hours before, and pause retinol or active acids three to five days ahead.

Can I get a facial with active breakouts?

Yes. Mention it when you book so we can tailor the facial to your skin.

How do I prepare for a chemical peel or microneedling?

Pause retinol and acids five to seven days before, avoid sun and tanning, and do not wax or shave the area for 48 hours.

Will my skin be red afterward?

Some redness is common, especially after microneedling or a peel, and usually settles within one to two days. We give you aftercare instructions.

How often should I get a facial?

Every four to six weeks is typical. We can plan a schedule that suits your skin.

What if I have sensitive skin?

We offer gentle options and adjust every step for your comfort.

Stretch & recovery

What do I wear for assisted stretching?

You stay fully clothed. Loose, comfortable clothing or workout wear is ideal.
